Chair: Jonathan Kestenbaum (Chief Executive, NESTA)
Panelists: Dr Vince Vable MP (Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer), Francis Carpenter (former CEO, European Investment Bank), Philip Stephens (Financial Times), Charlie Osmond (Freshminds).
Registration from 12:45 with presentations starting promptly at 13:00.
